1. Acceptance

By using our website or ordering from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. We may update these terms occasionally; continued use means acceptance of changes.

2. Who can use Hello My Teeth

You must be at least 15 years old to use our clear aligner services. If you're under 18, you need parental or guardian consent. You must have all your adult teeth and be approved by our reviewing dentist.

3. Treatment services

Our clear aligner treatment is a medical service directed by licensed dentists. Treatment outcomes depend on your individual case, compliance with wear schedules, and oral health. While we project likely results via 3D previews, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

You are responsible for maintaining good oral hygiene during treatment, wearing aligners as directed, and communicating promptly with your care team if issues arise.

4. Pricing & payments

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change. Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout where required. We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Affirm financing.

For installment plans, missed payments may result in treatment pausing until your account is current. Repeat delinquency can result in treatment termination without refund.

5. Refunds & our guarantee

See our guarantee page for complete refund terms. Briefly: full refunds available before you approve your 3D treatment plan (minus impression kit cost). Custom aligners are non-refundable once fabricated. Refinements covered per plan tier.

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship within the continental US free of charge. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. If a shipment is lost or damaged, contact us immediately — we'll make it right.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is owned by Hello My Teeth or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission, except for personal non-commercial use.

8. User conduct

You agree not to: use our services for illegal purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt our systems, submit false information, or harass our staff. Violations may result in account termination.

9. Medical disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for regular dental care. You should continue seeing a dentist for cleanings and check-ups every 6 months. Clear aligners are for minor-to-moderate alignment issues — not major orthodontic or jaw problems. If you have active gum disease, untreated cavities, or other oral health issues, address those first.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hello My Teeth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything prohibited by law.

11. Dispute resolution

We prefer to resolve issues directly — please contact us first. If we can't resolve it, disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Utah under American Arbitration Association rules. Class actions are waived.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA. Any court proceedings take place in Utah courts.
