Last updated: April 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have. Written in plain English — no legalese.
We collect information you provide directly — like your name, email, shipping address, and payment details when you order from us. For clear aligner treatment, we also collect your dental impressions, photos, and health information you share with us or our dentists.
We automatically collect some technical information when you use our website — your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience.
We use your information to provide our services — processing orders, shipping products, designing your treatment plan, and communicating with you about your care. We also use it to improve our website, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We may send you marketing emails about new products and promotions. You can opt out anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
Because we provide dental treatment, we handle Protected Health Information under HIPAA. Your dental impressions, scans, and medical history are protected — shared only with the licensed dentists reviewing your case, our manufacturing partners (under strict confidentiality), and you.
We do not sell health information. Ever. No matter what.
We share information with service providers who help us operate — payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, customer support tools. All are contractually required to protect your data.
We may share information if legally required — for example, in response to a court order or valid government request. If that happens, we'll notify you unless legally prohibited.
You have the right to: access the information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, and opt out of marketing communications.
For California residents (CCPA) and EU residents (GDPR), additional rights apply. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
We keep your information as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Health records are retained for 7 years per HIPAA regulations. You can request deletion of non-required data at any time.
We use essential cookies to run the site, analytics cookies to understand how you use it, and advertising cookies to show you relevant ads. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings.
We use industry-standard security practices — encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and restricted employee access. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Our services are for people 15 and older (with parental consent for under-18s). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it promptly.
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or a prominent notice on our site. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.
