Invisalign Alternatives: Brands & Quote Comparison

Compare the buying arrangements, written fees and package terms for Invisalign and other clear-aligner options.

A focused buying comparison

What are the alternatives to Invisalign?

ClearCorrect and SureSmile are other clear-aligner systems offered through providers. Hello My Teeth offers its own remote service model. They are separate options to research, not interchangeable packages or a ranking of clinical results.

Start by comparing the provider arrangement and written terms, then ask a qualified professional which options are appropriate for you. This guide focuses on buying information: how to obtain a quote, what it covers and how to organise unanswered questions.

ClearCorrect

Separate the practice quote from the manufacturer package.

ClearCorrect’s official patient site describes working with a doctor. Its manufacturer materials also describe case packages with different inclusion terms. A practice’s quote is the commercial document you need: it may combine professional services with the aligner package.

Ask the practice to identify the package in your offer and explain the charges for revisions, replacement trays and retainers. Do not use a manufacturer-to-practice package description as if it were your complete patient fee.

SureSmile

Request the practice’s full written total.

SureSmile’s U.S. site offers a doctor locator and states that the doctor determines treatment cost. It also advises asking about payment options. The practice you contact can explain its current fee and any separate charges.

Use the same inclusion checklist you would use for Invisalign: records, the named plan, follow-up appointments, extra trays, replacement fees and retainers. A brand’s promotional package description does not resolve every practice-specific term.

Hello My Teeth

Compare our published offer transparently.

Hello My Teeth is the publisher of this guide and sells its own clear-aligner service. We have a commercial interest. Our treatment page describes the service; our pricing page lists current starting prices and inclusions.

When comparing our offer with an Invisalign, ClearCorrect or SureSmile quote, record the same fee categories and written conditions. Differences in delivery and provider arrangements should be recorded separately from price. This page does not claim equal outcomes or recommend switching systems.

A reusable comparison

Ask the same questions of every provider.

Use a consistent worksheet so that a missing answer does not become an assumed inclusion. Ask the provider to resolve the “not confirmed” entries before comparing the offers.

Common buying questions

Invisalign alternative questions.

Is another clear-aligner brand automatically cheaper?

No universal saving is established by this guide. Compare individual written quotes with equivalent fee categories and confirm the exclusions.

What should I compare besides the headline fee?

Record the responsible provider, how to contact the practice, appointment arrangements, written inclusions, replacement fees, retainers and cancellation or transfer terms.

Is this a “best aligner” ranking?

No. It is a disclosed buying comparison based on official information. We have not tested these systems or measured their clinical results.

Sources & review method

Official information, with clear limits.

Prepared by Hello My Teeth Editorial Team. Buying information reviewed October 12, 2026. This guide includes two provider-based alternative brands and our own service, with Invisalign as the reference. It is not an exhaustive list or an independent ranking.

We did not request patient records, survey practices, conduct hands-on tests or verify your individual quote. Manufacturer information and our interpretation are distinguished above. Confirm current availability and written terms with the provider.
