SNOW
Our brand review.
Whitening pens, strips, devices and oral-care products.
By Hello My Teeth editorial research · No hands-on testing

Our take.
Compare SNOW by formula, application routine and ongoing supplies. The current pen listing gives a clearer purchase comparison than the Diamond kit page, which contains unresolved inconsistencies.
A device bundle is not automatically better value. Decide which items you would actually use, and keep cosmetic whitening separate from everyday cavity-prevention care. We have not measured shade change, sensitivity or the contribution of a light.
A pen and a kit are different purchases.
| Product or decision | Verified buying facts | What to weigh |
|---|---|---|
| Teeth Whitening Pen Large, 3.8 ml | $39 one time; Add to cart shown. The maker estimates approximately 30 treatments. Hydrogen peroxide and carbamide peroxide are listed; concentrations were not confirmed in the text reviewed. | The subscription option is $33.15 per refill and renews on a selected schedule. Choose deliberately. Treatment count is the maker’s estimate, not a guaranteed course or outcome. |
| Diamond Series kit Listing titled “3 Serums” | Purchase details need clarification. Several Diamond kits were marked out of stock in the catalog at our check. | The title says three serums while “What’s Inside” says one. The page mixes wired and wireless descriptions and gives conflicting ages. We do not recommend a purchase based on those unresolved details. |

Follow the exact pen label.
The pen’s use section says to twist out serum, apply a thin layer to tooth fronts away from gums and soft tissue, let it dry for 30 seconds, leave it for up to 30 minutes, then rinse. Elsewhere the same page markets “no rinsing.” Confirm the instructions on the current pack rather than following that slogan.
The listing warns against use during pregnancy/breastfeeding, with gum disease, oral ulcers or ingredient allergy, and within two weeks of dental procedures. It says to stop and consult a dentist for pain, discomfort or sensitivity. Keep it away from children and eyes. These are manufacturer warnings, not an individual clinical assessment.
Separate the first purchase from refills.
A $39 large pen and approximately 30 listed treatments imply about $1.30 per stated treatment before delivery and tax. This is simple price arithmetic using a manufacturer estimate, not a verified cost per result. Buying a refill pen, a different formula or a device adds separate costs; a pen listing does not prove compatibility with every mouthpiece.
Check the current cart’s delivery charge. The site advertises free delivery above $60 and free subscription shipping. The shipping policy separately lists 2–4 business days for processing and economy transit of 5–7 business days. Allow for both; the quicker product-page banner is not a delivery guarantee.
Support terms for US purchases.
The returns policy covers Trysnow.com purchases and requires a claim within 30 days of delivery, with an order number, through support/its returns process. Original outbound shipping is normally non-refundable. Approval is subject to the policy; do not assume an order can be cancelled after placement.
The limited warranty lists two years for wired and wireless kits and one year for replacement mouthpieces. It covers eligible US purchasers, may exclude unauthorized sellers, and requires proof of purchase and defect photos. Normal wear, misuse and unauthorized modifications are excluded. A serum refill is not a new device warranty.
Practical pros & cons.
Reasons to consider
- A pen can be compared without buying an entire device bundle.
- One-time and recurring prices are shown separately on the current pen page.
Limitations to weigh
- Kit contents, age guidance and device descriptions need clarification.
- The pen page itself contains a rinse-instruction contradiction.
- Sensitivity and whitening results vary; manufacturer scores are not our ratings.
Check suitability before the cart.
The ADA explains that whitening may cause sensitivity and does not change the color of fillings, crowns or veneers. Speak with your dentist before choosing a whitening routine, particularly during aligner treatment or when tooth/gum symptoms need attention.
- Identify the exact formula, quantity, current pack instructions and warnings.
- Confirm device compatibility and any refills needed for the complete routine.
- Review stock and the one-time/subscription selection at checkout.

What else to compare.
Compare the format and routine before the brand. These are reading options, not a ranking or a claim that different products are equivalent.
Frequently asked questions.
Should I choose a kit because it has an LED light?
Compare evidence for the exact formula and system. We have not tested whether the light adds a useful benefit over another whitening format.
Can this review resolve the Diamond kit’s age or bundle details?
No. The manufacturer page needs clarification. Check the current packaging and ask SNOW to identify the exact version before relying on its contents, instructions or suitability.
Can I use whitening serum inside my aligners?
Do not repurpose an aligner as a whitening tray or combine products on the basis of this brand overview. Ask your treatment provider about your appliance and the exact whitening product.
